Olivia's personalised approach made the transition from toppers to wigs so much smoother for me. The telephone consultation was helpful, as she took the time to discuss in-depth how to wear wigs and answered all my questions.
The wig itself is absolutely stunning - I fell in love with it instantly! I booked the wig fitting and she cut the lace for me and patiently explained everything I needed to know about maintaining and styling the wig. The service was truly superb, and it made me feel confident and comfortable with my new wig.
I am already considering purchasing a second wig from Hair by Olivia

The best hair service I’ve ever received. I called Olivia to ask for some advice concerning wigs as I’m not that experienced in this area, she kindly booked me in for a consultation the same day where I was able to view and try on the wigs. Olivia was so welcoming, friendly and very patient as I tried on the different styles of available. She gave me so much information about the different wig options in addition to excellent hair care advice. After choosing the wig she also installed the wig for me and ensured I was happy with the final outcome ☺️
I love my wig, it’s so amazing and it’s exactly what I envisioned!
Olivia is not only very skilled at making top quality wigs, she is also a wonderful person who makes you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend her 😉

Found this lovely lady on line, so glad I did. This is my first time using a wig as I'm having chemotherapy. Olivia was so helpful nothing was to much trouble she made me feel at ease and explained everything to me I had my wig fitted today and I'm so happy it is amazing and so natural all my family love it .can't thank you enough Olivia for all your help - Cathy

I have bought 2 wigs from Olivia and I must say I’m more than impressed
My first purchase was slightly big for my head but that was down to my lack of understanding of how to measure 🙈. She adjusted the same wig and gave me a slight discount for my error.
My second wig was is amazing now that I understand how wig life works lol!!!
It’s a Bob which she dyed free. For me and I am completely in love with it. So I have one very glamorous long wig and a beautiful Bob.
Olivia is very patient cause believe me I had like a whole month of talking before letting go of my money lol.
She fitted my wig and honestly I can’t see myself doing anything else to my hair and using anyone else
Also none of my wigs have bands abs they fit like a glove minus the headache you get with bands

Olivia, had messaged me straight away, managed to fit a fitting appointment to suit me and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I was emotional and distressed about my hairloss but Olivia had put my mind at ease after our initial consultation.
The wig I ordered from Olivia is absolutely amazing and it has restored my confidence again. The wigs are so realistic and so comfortable to wear. I asked for a specific colour and Olivia met my needs 100%.
I get so many compliments and people don’t even realise I’m wearing a wig!
