We aim to dispatch all wigs within 4-6 weeks. Please order ahead of time to avoid any delays or confusion. All wigs are customised by hand and need time to complete may ship sooner subject to availability.

We aim to dispatch all wigs within 1-2 business days. Please order ahead of time to avoid any delays or confusion. 

 

Delivery charges to Europe and the Rest of the World will vary. By Olivia Hines will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/fees vary widely from country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs office. 

A signature will be required on delivery. If for some reason you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card from the courier with details on how to arrange a re-delivery.

At By Olivia Hines, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom wigs and an exceptional experience. However, as all of our wigs are custom-made to your specifications, there are a few important details you should be aware of when placing your order.

Delays:

Due to the nature of custom orders, some delays may occur. We are committed to delivering your wig as promptly as possible, but please be aware that shipping times can vary, especially when working with manufacturers. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes be out of our control, and we do not take responsibility for any delays in the manufacturing or shipping process caused by our suppliers.

Non-Refundable Orders:

As all of our wigs are custom-made, they are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it is tailored specifically for you, making cancellations or returns impossible. We encourage you to thoroughly review your order before submission to ensure that all details are correct.

Manufacturer Delays:

In the event of a delay from our manufacturer, we ask for your patience. We will continue to monitor your order and keep you updated on any changes. However, please understand that we cannot offer refunds or compensation for delays. The manufacturers do not offer refunds on custom orders, and we must abide by their policies.
