This Wig Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between By Olivia Hines ("Lessor") and the customer ("Renter") for the rental of wigs from [By Olivia Hines]. The Renter acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement by completing the rental process and using our services.

1. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date of delivery/pickup and ends on the specified return date agreed upon during the checkout process. The Renter agrees to return the rented wig to the Lessor by the agreed-upon return date.
2. Rental Fee:The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee specified on byoliviahines.com at checkout. The rental fee includes the specified rental period and does not cover any additional fees or charges incurred during the rental period.
3. Late fees:If you return an item late or fail to return it at all, a late fee of £50.00 per day will be charged. The maximum late fees will not exceed 100% of the deposit value (plus any applicable rental fees). The daily late fee is applicable per order, not per item. Suppose an item is not returned within seven (7) days after the due date. In that case, it will be considered a non-return, and the deposit value will be charged in addition to any late fees already paid (excluding rental fees).
4. Care and Use of Wig: The Renter agrees to handle and use the rented wig carefully. The Renter will be responsible for any damages, excessive wear, or alterations to the wig during the rental period. The wig must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, with no damages. Human hair wigs can be styled using heating appliances up to 230 degrees Celsius. 
5. Cancellation and Refunds:If the Renter wishes to cancel the rental order, they must notify the Lessor at least 5 days before the agreed-upon delivery/pickup date. A cancellation fee may apply, and the Lessor's cancellation policy will determine the refund amount.
6. Liability:The Renter assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the wig during the rental period. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Renter's use of the rented wig.
7. Fit and Satisfaction:The Lessor makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images of the wigs on www.byoliviahines.com. However, the Lessor does not guarantee the fit, colour accuracy, or satisfaction of the Renter. The Renter acknowledges that individual results may vary, and no refunds will be given based on fit or personal preference.
8. Rental Agreement Modification: The Lessor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on byoliviahines.com It is the Renter's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any updates or changes.
