Making a Booking

You can cancel or change your booking online in My Booking History up to 24 hours in advance of your visit.  When making a booking you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit using either a credit or a debit card. The amount of the deposit will depend on the total cost of your booking and will range from £0.50 to £1.50.

The deposit will be debited from your card which will be deducted from your final bill once you have received your treatment.

Cancellation/No Show

Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 48 hours before your booking.
