Our process time for orders in stock is 1-2 business days, and delivery takes 1-3 business days. Please refer to the product delivery time noted on individual products, this will vary depending on availability. We do have a limited number of wigs in stock ready to ship in 1-2 days. We aim to dispatch all other wigs within 10-20 business days.

Please order ahead of time to avoid any delays or confusion. All wigs are customised by hand and need time to complete may ship sooner subject to availability.

Delivery charges to Europe and the Rest of the World will vary. By Olivia Hines will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/fees vary widely from country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs office. 

A signature will be required on delivery. If for some reason you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card from the courier with details on how to arrange a re-delivery.
